Our classes welcome new students twice each year—in September and again in Spring.

If registration has closed, join our waitlist and we'll let you know when registration opens again. We'll also help you find the right class for your artist.

Unlike many activities, our classes aren't designed for students to join halfway through the year.

They celebrate together at our Annual Art Show.

That means new registrations happen during our two semester intakes:

  • Fall & Winter classes (September)

  • Spring classes (April)

If there is availability, we may be able to welcome new students during the first three weeks of the program.

After that, classes are closed to new registrations until the next registration period.

If you've missed registration this time, we'd love to help you find the right class when registration opens again.

Joining the waitlist simply means we'll let you know when the next registration period is approaching.

What matters isn't when they start.

It's that they start.

"If you've missed Fall Registration, don't be discouraged. Spring is actually one of my favourite times for new artists to begin. Classes are often a little easier to get into, and by the time Fall Registration comes around again, you'll already be a returning student." — Karen

Our waitlist isn't a queue for cancelled spaces.

It's It's just the best way to hear about the next registration period before it opens to the public.

you might ask ...

Is it worth joining the waitlist?

Absolutely.

Many of our classes fill quickly each year, and our waitlist families receive registration information before it's shared publicly.

Even if registration has just closed, joining the waitlist now means you'll already be in the loop when the next school year begins.

That way, when everyone else is asking, "When does registration open?" ...you'll already know.

Do spaces ever become available during the school year?

Not really. Our classes are designed to progress together throughout the year, so we rarely add new students once classes have begun.

Does joining the waitlist guarantee a space?

No—but it does mean you'll hear about registration before it opens publicly.

My artist is still too young. Can I join the waitlist anyway?

Absolutely. Many families join the waitlist well before their artist is ready so they're familiar with how registration works when the time comes.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

We'll send you a quick confirmation so you know we've received your information.

When registration approaches, you'll receive an email before registration opens to the public with everything you need to know.
