What Happens Next?

  1. Complete the registration form below.

  2. We'll confirm your child's class placement.

  3. You'll receive an invoice by email.

  4. Payment can be made by e-transfer.

  5. Your student's spot is confirmed when payment is received.

Change of Plans?

We know summer plans sometimes change.

Because our camps require staffing and supplies to be prepared well in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • A 100% refund (less the administrative fee) will be provided for cancellations submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp.

  • A 50% refund (less the administrative fee) will be provided for cancellations submitted less than 2 weeks before the first day of camp.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the first day of camp.

  • The following administrative fees are applied to all cancellations:

    • both 4 (where applicable) and 5-Day camp administration fee: $75

Summer Camp Registration

Please read the following:

  • Art materials are included in your camp fee. Please send a packed lunch, snacks, and a water bottle.

  • Your spot will be held for 48 hours after your invoice is issued. If payment is not received, your registration will be cancelled and the space will become available to another student.

  • Refunds are available up to two weeks before camp begins, less a $50 administration fee.

  • If space is available, we may be able to transfer your child to another camp week.

  • If Funky Artsmiths needs to cancel a camp, you'll be offered a space in another camp (where available) or receive a full refund.
